Terms

By using xoop you agree to these terms. They're short, and we've kept them in plain words.

The beta

xoop is in an invite-only beta. It's free for now, with a daily allowance, and things will change and sometimes break. We may pause or end access at any time, for example to protect the service.

You're in charge

xoop acts on your computer and in your browser, on your behalf. It asks before anything important, but you're responsible for what you ask it to do and for the accounts it uses. Check its work before relying on it for anything that matters: money, health, legal or anything else.

Fair use

Don't use xoop to break the law, harm others, spam, get around other sites' security, or try to get around the daily allowance or access our servers in ways the app doesn't.

No warranty

xoop is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for more than you've paid us in the last 12 months (during the free beta, that's nothing).
